1. Digital Product Nature
All our products are delivered as digital downloads. Once the product is delivered or downloaded, it is considered used, and refunds cannot be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Payment Confirmation:
- Orders can be canceled anytime before the payment is completed. No charges will be applied.
- After Payment Confirmation:
- Once payment is successful and the product is delivered, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered digital products under normal circumstances. However, exceptions can be made in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment:
- If you were charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Non-Delivery of Product:
- In case the product was not delivered to your registered email within 24 hours, and you have contacted our support team for assistance.
Note: Refund requests for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of payment.
4. Eligibility for Refund Exceptions
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as:

5. Product Validity & Renewal
- Every product purchased from us comes with 2 years of validity, including full support during this period.
- After 2 years, annual renewal charges apply at just 20% of the original product cost to continue using our software.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.
